Our Exchange & Return Policy
Our return policy includes returns and exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date. If you are returning an order for a refund, $4.50 will be deducted from your refund for the original shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For both returns and exchanges, feel free to return your items with the most convenient shipping method to you or we can send you a shipping label through email for $4.50. If you are doing an exchange, we will pay for the shipping back to you with the exchange.
**Please make sure to email us prior to returning or exchanging an order at wecare@loveprayjewelry.com so we can properly refund or fix your order.
We care about each of our customers and want to make sure this process is as easy as possible! We want you to be happy with our jewelry, and wear it every day!
Modified or custom-made jewelry sales are final.

You pay shipping to us, however, we will return your repaired jewelry at our cost. This applies only to customers in the USA, international customers, will share shipping costs.

REPAIRS ARE FREE DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
AFTER THAT WE WILL REQUEST A LABOR FEE OF $15.00.
THERE IS A $25.00 FEE ON PIECES PURCHASED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO.
IT IS OUR PROMISE THAT
