When will my order ship?

Our orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Can my order be shipped sooner?

If you have a deadline, be sure to let us know, we will do our best to send it sooner, and will let you know the estimated arrival day of your order.

EXCHANGES: What happens if my bracelet doesn't fit?

Please measure your wrist with a measuring tape before ordering, that will guarantee that you purchase the right size, but say that you didn't... and your bracelet doesn't fit.. then send it back to the following address:

You pay for shipping to us, we pay for shipping back to you, there is no restocking fee on exchanges... Make sure that your bracelet is not worn, then we will process it as a repair, and it has $10 cost, to be mailed by check or money order with your repair.

REPAIRS: How do you process repairs?

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to us, however, we will return your repaired jewelry at our cost.
DON’T FORGET TO SEND US YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND SHIPPING ADDRESS.
And a check or money order with your corresponding repair fee if it applies to you.

REPAIRS ARE FREE DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. After that we will request a labor fee of $10.00 (recently lowered from $15, to pay our workers).
There is a $25.00 fee on pieces purchased more than a year ago.
