Really love the bracelet...sadly can’t wear it as it is far too big. I did measure my wrist which is why I ordered a “M” to find the bracelet doesn’t stretch over my hand onto my wrist, it simply drops over my hand not fitting my wrist at all?! Too costly for me in Canada to exchange. It is beautiful though xx

Hi Theresa! So sad to hear about this, the thread is super thick for durability so it will definitely stretch over your hand. It has more of a bangle fit, so loose is kind of how it should go, but if you prefer a smaller size, you can always exchange, you pay shipping to us, we pay shipping to you (so we share the cost) or you can also mention this in your next order, and we can include a free perfectly sized bracelet same one as this one, and the bigger one you can give it to a friend.
