Lovepray jewelry is a jewelry and accessories brand inspired by nature, the metaphysical properties of gemstones, symbols, yoga, meditation, and urban fashion.

Every piece is made with good intention and positive energy.

payment methods:
  • We use Authorize.net for processing our credit payments, it is the main credit card processor for online businesses. You can check out directly with your credit card, without having to sign in with any other service!
  • This website is integrated with Paypal, you can pay with your Paypal account, or even if you don't have one. You don't need a Paypal account to buy from us, you can enter your credit card information directly and make a payment without logging in with them. One of the advantages of using Paypal is that buyer and seller are protected against fraud, and that it is very safe for your information. 
  • We are also integrated with Google Checkout, as an alternative for those that are more familiar with it, you just log in with your google id, and checkout with them.
We have no access whatsoever to your payment information, in any of our payment options. It is processed through secure servers, and the information is encrypted.

We love doing business with retail stores, spas and yoga studios, and you may customize or change some pieces for your store, just let us know.


Shipment times:

Most orders will ship on the following business day. If not, it will ship in 1-3 business days, and if we take a little longer (1-2 more days) we will pay for Priority mail on our dime, however, if a piece is custom made or custom sized please allow 5 more business days.
Please let us know if you need your piece urgently, we will try our best to accommodate you.
Wholesale orders, have different shipping times, please contact us, since it varies depending on your order.
SHIPPING:
Domestic (in the USA):
  • We offer Free USPS First class shipping on orders over $50.
  • and $2.00 shipping for orders under $50
  • Priority Shipping for $5.50
  • * this options all include a tracking number automatically sent to your email
International (outside the USA):
  • We offer Free USPS First class shipping on orders over $50.
  • and $5.00 shipping for orders under $50
  • and International Priority shipping for $14.50
  • *We cannot track international packages once they are out of the US.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will do exchanges 20 days after shipping the original order.
--> Sorry, we do not give refunds.
--> There are no exchanges on custom orders, or custom sized orders.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COSTS TO US, HOWEVER WE WILL RETURN YOUR REPAIRED JEWELRY AT OUR COST.

And a check or money order with your corresponding repair fee if it applies to you.

REPAIRS ARE FREE DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. AFTER THAT WE WILL REQUEST A LABOR FEE OF $15.00.

THERE IS A $25.00 FEE ON PIECES PURCHASED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO.
